TVLINE | Have you spoken to Aaron Korsh or any of the cast about it? The first time the weekly Top 10 came out and the first three seasons were in there, I thought, “Well, if everyone just keeps on watching, this is going to go on for a while because they’ll keep on moving through the seasons,” and that’s exactly what’s happening. I, obviously, had a sense when I found out it was coming to Netflix it would probably get another burst of viewing and that kind of thing, but I did not think this would happen. What was your reaction when you found that out? And the news on Thursday was that it amassed 3.1 billion minutes viewed across Netflix and Peacock, marking a Nielsen streaming chart record for an acquired title. I don't regret my purchase and I play all kinds of games (from the very casual to the very competitive and demanding).TVLINE | Suits has been in the Top 10 shows on Netflix for weeks now. I wanted to support the release and show demand for it. It's not a cash-in and the developers clearly love the source material. I don't think I'll replay the whole thing again (at least not right away) but if they patch in a chapter select and I could replay the last third of the game and make different choices? Definitely. The characters are well written, the story is interesting and is a throwback to a TNG standalone episode which I thought was really cool, and although the choices you make don't alter the arc completely (ie you can't fail and have a horrible ending like in Heavy Rain) but the choices you make in the game DO have implications for who survives, outcomes for individuals including the protagonists, and they feel like the kind of ethical conundrums that make Trek compelling.įor $40 I got my money's worth. Just be aware it's an interactive story driven game. Not everyone will love it but if you're a Trek fan I can easily recommend it.
